Altamofen-20 by Alpha Pharma is an estrogen blocker called Tamoxifen Citrate for sale in a pack of 50 pills. Altamofen pills contain Nolvadex dosed at 20mg each. Nolvadex is a very popular compound used to combat estrogenic side effects during a steroid cycle, it is also used for post-cycle therapy (PCT) to help restart natural testosterone production.
Doses of Tamoxifen 20 will range from 20mg – 40mg (1-2 tablets) per day for the duration of PCT or until side effects related to estrogen have subsided during the cycle. Be aware that Nolva will be ineffective at reducing side effects that are seen when taking progestogenic steroids such as Trenbolone and Nandrolone. Nolvadex on cycle is a strong steroid. In this case, an alternative anti-estrogen drug like Clomid (Clomiphene citrate) and Cabergoline should be used for PCT.

This Altamofen is great to use. Being a female it is not quite as effective for my anatomy. But I use the standard dose when cycling with low levels to help and remove the water and fatty tissues, the end results is a tight buttocks and slim looking waste which I adore when I look in the mirror. Not many female BBs utalize this for this purpose, but its actually great for this use. Alpha is also the most effective versions I have used and the only real Alpha I can find is from this source..

I was having trouble finding a drug for pct that would actually sort out me out, as I was starting to get frustrated with having low t levels.. On a whim, I bought a load of anti-estrogens from this site cause I know they have good gear so I figured what the hell, it’s still cheaper than most other products, so I bought a few boxes of this a long with some aromasin, arimidex and letrozole. I am only three weeks into taking this and my hormones have leveled up almost completely, my labido is already improving too! I do plan on asking the manufacturer and doing more research as to how long-term I can actually continue taking this and when to stop, as I’m sure I probably ought to give my body a break from it once in awhile. Nevertheless, I am in love with it. Havent treid the other AIs…. but this nolva works, so am happy enough now..

So I have this issue whenever I take the juice, my e2 levels go absolutely crazy. I am approaching 40 and have used a lot of these products with very little success.. Not bad nolva tbh. Got this as a substtution to my maxtreme brand and was a bit pissed at first, but after using this and alphas clomid also within my latest PCT it has shown to work well. Still got some maxtreme on the way but I think this one is much better and more effective now. Dont usally like the more expensive brands but after use, I think I will try some other bits from alpha as this brand seems to work overly well which is nice. Heard great trhings about them, but as I say, I usualy srtick with the cheaper and reliable maxtreme. Juts goes to show you kinda do get what you pay for with these guys. Also had to pay btc which was a longer process but was all good in the end and items showed wihtin 11 days to me in Essex. Every recovery is different of course and some people may need more than others depending on a few factors, but it’s definitely one of the main things in a PCT that will help the most.
